The devil is always in the detail. Most Business plans and structures fail at the first hurdle, not enough attention has been applied to the rationale of what is happening in the commercial field and limited information is provided. Examples here are
A Swiss hotel, whilst the funders liked what they saw, they picked up on COVID, where they saw headlines stating Switzerland hotel trade is finished, they did not see, the Swiss Government had banned people from India and the far east from visiting Engelberg, this town has a large restaurant named Bollywood and is where some of the Bollywood backdrops come from. The area in which the hotel is located is covid free and the hotel was then fully booked for three years, once funders saw this, they became interested
Disruptive manufacturing, the Business plans we received had to be 100% remodelled, here the machine speeds producing the product was not in line with the operatives required, and the assembly was not in line with the production. This was not funded as the owner would not listen and two later has still not been funded
There are several other examples, but this gives the general idea od the devil is in the detail and the owners need to cooperate and listen as to what is required, what the funders are looking for
